Changes and refunds are made  within 14 working days  from the day you receive your parcel. The change is made with products of equal or greater value. 

In  case of change  send us the parcel, the shipping costs are charged to us, while to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are 3 €.

In case the product was at a discount, then the cost to send it to us and to receive it is € 5 and you pay upon receipt of the package.

Every return is made exclusively through the company ELTA  COURIER Door – Door. 

If you make your return with any other courier company it is your responsibility and charge.
In case of a company error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company.

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed. For reasons of hygiene, there are no changes in underwear, jewelry and products in the beauty category.

In case of  refund,  the shipping costs to send us the parcel are yours.
Alternatively you can send it to us with  ELTA  COURIER Door – Door  with a charge to our company and deduct in the refund 3 euros from the original value of the product.
Products that are at a discount are not refunded, only a change with another product.

For the refund process, note on the change form that you wish a refund to one of the partner banks (Alpha Bank, Ethniki, Piraeus Bank) and indicate the bank, beneficiary name and account number (IBAN) in which you want the deposit to be made. The refund is made within the next 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the transfer is charged to the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the Depositor ( www.be-b.gr )

In any case, you must include in your package the  “change form”  completed, in order to inform us about the way you want us to serve you. No changes are made with the “hand-in-hand” process for safety reasons, as quality control of products is necessary.

The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of completion by calling us at 2310903545 or via e-mail at eshop@be-b.gr. Depending on the progress of your order, we will inform you about the options you have.
